Major Red Flags Documented:
- Unnotified Sub-Contracting: Secretly offloaded our booking to Tour Avenue, a lower-tier operator, without our knowledge.
- Hotel Theft (Joial Gold Naran): Skipped our pre-paid luxury stay at Naran entirely, pocketing our funds with zero refund or apology.
- Endangering Lives: Pushed an experienced driver to operate a coaster non-stop for 24 hours, causing him to fall asleep at the wheel on mountain roads.
- Attempted Extortion: Unilaterally altered the itinerary and demanded extra money on the road, which we firmly rejected.
