We paid 1 Lac PKR upfront for a premium Deluxe Package to Hunza with a clear itinerary: Lahore ➔ Joial Gold Naran stay ➔ Hunza luxury hotels ➔ Chilas return rest. What they actually delivered was an absolute logistical nightmare: 1. The Sub-Contracting Scam: Without our consent, Tour Edge secretly sold our booking to a sub-standard, low-tier operator called TOURS AVENUE PVT LTD. 2. Lies & Gaslighting: The bus left Lahore 2 hours late. I explicitly confirmed a Thokar pickup, but last minute they forced us to Sabzazar. The tour guide deliberately dropped fake location pins (Officers Colony) to waste our time and tried to blame us for being late. Fortunately, as a resident of Lahore, I caught onto their geographic lies instantly. 3. Hotel Theft & 24-Hour Coaster Torture: They wasted another 2 hours in Islamabad waiting for a single client, completely missing the Babusar Top safety window. They skipped our confirmed premium stay at Joial Gold Naran entirely with zero refund or apology, forcing us into a grueling, non-stop 24-hour drive from Lahore to Chilas in a third-class coaster with rock-hard seats. 4. Extreme Safety Hazard: Our driver was highly experienced and good, but the company's poor management didn't let him rest properly. By the end of the trip, the sleep-deprived driver was literally falling asleep at the wheel on treacherous mountain roads, severely endangering everyone's lives. 5. The "Graveyard" Hotel View: In Hunza, the guide tried to force us into a sketchy, abandoned property called Hunza Elite, which sits directly next to a graveyard. Instead, they showed zero civic sense, zero professional ethics, and delivered pure hell: - The Sub-Contracting Scam: Without informing us, Tour Edge handed our tour over to a subpar company called Tour Avenue. - Lies & Gaslighting: The departure was 2 hours late. I was promised a Thokar pickup, but last minute they forced us to Sabzazar. The tour guide literally sent a fake location (Officers Colony) to waste our time and try to blame us for being late!
